You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases.
Lost wallet access cannot be recovered. We provide no wallet recovery services.

NOT investment, financial, legal, or tax advice under any circumstances.
NO guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of results.
Users assume full responsibility for any decisions based on Platform data.
Using Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
Exploiting, manipulating, or interfering with the analytics system.
Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without authorization.
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform.

Violations result in immediate permanent termination without notice or appeal.

- Wallet compromise, phishing, or security breaches
- Third-party infrastructure failures
Platform operators bear ZERO LIABILITY for any losses, damages, or consequences.
Users assume ALL risks and responsibilities for wallet security and blockchain interactions.
Platform access may be terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Terminated users permanently banned from re-accessing under any identity.
NO appeals process for termination decisions.
All user data may be deleted upon termination.
Terms may be updated at any time without notice.
Changes effective immediately upon posting.
NO obligation to notify users of changes.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of all modifications.
All disputes resolved through binding arbitration ONLY.
NO class actions, representative proceedings, or jury trials.
